excellent location and great parking
clean rooms free parking perfect location
i have been coming here annually. the place looks simple from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and very clean. the free parking is a big plus, as is its location near the cable car. fisherman's wharf is a short walk.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

The front desk service was awesome. The staff offered support for all our needs. courteousness and prompt assistance defined my interactions. This. i felt valued and welcomed by everyone.

my room had ample space and was clean, i really appreciated it. the room included glass drinking cups and mugs, this added a nice touch of convenience. it was located away from the street so the noise was minimal.

free parking is a definite perk, especially in such a prime location. the hotel was easy to find, made arrival straightforward and simple. it also has a monitored garage for added security and peace of mind.

there are several restaurants within walking distance, i really loved this. ihoP is very close by, and there is Eight O'Clock Cafe down the road for breakfast. pat's cafe is also nearby and serves reliably good meals.

onsite parking friendly staff comfortable room weak pressure bad smell
The hotel location suited my plans perfectly I found onsite parking very useful. The staff was friendly when I arrived and the room was clean. The room was comfortable too I enjoyed my stay.
The room lacked a fridge that was a downside since I wanted some drinks in the room. The shower pressure was weak I also noted a bad smell in the bathroom so I'm not sure what caused that.

adequate stay with issues
soft bed weak shower
the hotel location worked well enough for getting around.
Our room lacked a refrigerator which was disappointing since i wanted to store some snacks and drinks to save money. The soft bed caused back pain. the bathroom had weak shower pressure and a strange smell, though the cleaning staff did a decent job overall

A Good Urban Retreat
perfect location spacious room free parking helpful staff
The location proved convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. My spacious room featured a balcony with a partial view of Alcatraz, special. I found the provision of free parking such a relief in a bustling city. The staff consistently offered friendly and helpful service .
The street noise was noticeable at times, which mildly affected the otherwise peaceful ambiance.

Staff members were always available at the front desk, ready with directions and suggestions. They facilitated a smooth check-in process and also quickly addressed my inquiries. I felt welcomed and supported throughout my short stay.
